Yes. Any fire alarm or fire fighting system installed in Dubai must be designed, installed and commissioned to the UAE Fire and Life Safety Code, and the drawings must be submitted to Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) for approval before the NOC is issued. ProTech Fire is a DCD-approved contractor and handles the drawing submission and approval process for you.
An Annual Maintenance Contract covers scheduled preventive maintenance and testing of your fire alarm, sprinkler, suppression and extinguisher systems, priority 24/7 emergency call-out, DCD renewals and compliance certificates, plus spares, refills and system repairs so the building stays inspection-ready year round.
We design, supply, install, test and maintain fire alarm systems, fire fighting and sprinkler systems, emergency and exit lighting, kitchen hood and FM200 gas suppression, voice evacuation, fire extinguishers and hose reels. We also provide SIRA-approved CCTV, access control and BMS integration.
